How can we combine an organic expression with the hard lines of a triangle?
The wire chair “Asterisk” tries to resolve this problem, by working with an unclosed room in the triangle, which gives the chair an open and light expression.
The wire chair is built up based on a double curved wire lattice, from which three legs grow out. The design comes from two unclosed triangles that look like a star when you put them together.
